Snohomish Police Department offers fingerprinting services, by appointment only on Wednesdays, and is available exclusively for city residents, general employment within city limits, and Snohomish School District employment. If you schedule a fingerprinting appointment outside of the allowed reasons, your appointment will be canceled and your money will be refunded, minus the non-refundable fees. Welcome! This is an official order form for fingerprinting services. You must completely and accurately fill-out this application to be considered for fingerprinting.
The fee for fingerprinting is $15.00. In addition, a service fee of $5.00 is required to process payment if paying online and using a credit/debit card.
A non-refundable processing fee is required. In addition, a online service fee is required to process payment. These fees will be charged even if your application is denied. This service is provided by a third party vendor and the Police Department only collects the fees in accordance with the Washington State statute.
